Inspired by English Saxon parish churches with their typical round towers, this lamp is essentially self-illuminating: its 15 watt lamp will cast a gentle glow from the windows on to nearby walls.
A simple table lamp incorporating its own shade. Durable BC brass lampholder requires earth connection.
This intricate model has sails and a"fantail" which can be turned by hand. The cap can be rotated on novel bearings, similar to traditional windmills and windpumps. The detailed internal workings throughout are fixed, as ceramic gearwheels and governors are more fragile than the old wood and metal mill components. All is illuminated by a concealed 15watt lamp in the mill tower. Almost always made to order.
Roof and all contents except stove are removable for dusting or arrangement. 15w lamp, switch and plug attached. A choice of occupants is available.
Top can rotate on novel bearing system to give “flashing light” effect. Lighthouse keeper and furniture are removable. 15w lamp, switch and plug attached.
